Richard T. Charles,
CPA, Partner


Ritch has spent the first 14 years of his career with a national accounting firm as a Senior Audit Manager in the Public Sector and their Director of Computer Management & Advisory Services in New Jersey.
He offers the accounting management and computer skills necessary for effective, efficient analyses and solutions development.

Ritch has extensive experience with the installation and maintenance of various network operating systems.

Ritch is a licensed CPA and PSA in New Jersey and a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA He has volunteered his time over the years as a board member of numerous non-profit and fund-raising organizations. Through these associations he has acquired extensive knowledge of the "art" of fund-raising and the computer skills to augment that knowledge.

When not at work, Ritch spends his time at the helm of his sports fisherman "Just Reelin", angling for local trophies. Food and wine tasting are his other hobbies.


Walter C. Hansen,
CCA, Partner

Walt has spent the last nineteen years designing and implementing management information systems for the manufacturing, healthcare and service industries.

Prior to forming ATON Computing, Walt was the Computer Systems Manager for an international consulting company. Since that time he has designed and implemented many computer networks based on Windows 2000/3 and Novell Netware. He has also created several industry-specific software packages.

Walt is very active within the community.
He was chairman of the Somerset County Business Partnership, a smart growth organization comprised of leaders in the public and private sectors. He has recently joined the Cooperative Housing Corporation as a Board of Directors member. Walt is a graduate of Leadership Somerset, class of 2000.

When not servicing clients or working for the community, Walt enjoys bicycling, fishing, skiing and travel with his wife.

           Gil Balisi, MCSE, Network Engineer
Gill has spent the past seven years working as a PC/LAN support technician. During that time he has earned his Certified Network Administrator certification from Novell, his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer status in Windows NT and his Microsoft Certified Professional status in Windows 2003. His experience includes the design, implementation and support of Local and Wide Area Networks, including a 26-office, nationwide system. He also has maintained Citrix Metaframe servers with remote clients.

George Hayes, CCNA, Senior LAN Technician
George has spent his entire working life supporting local and wide area networks (except for two years in the Navy). During that time he has earned his Cisco Certified Network Administrator status and the Windows 2000 Microsoft Certified Professional status. During his 7 years as a network support professional, George has configured and supported many LANs & WANs. He has also put his Cisco knowledge to good use connecting clients to the Internet or when building a VPN (virtual private network). The has extensive knowledge in working with local police departments and is a SANS "certified hacker"

          
           Jose Cruz, MCSE, LAN Technician
Jose has been working in the computer industry for the past 6 years. Jose earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer a few years ago. He has used his knowledge supporting numerous ATON clients, ranging in size from small peer-to-peer LANs to a 850-workstation, 20-server multi-location Wide Area Network. Jose is now pursuing his SQL certification.
Norris Iduwe, CCNA, LAN Technician
Norris is our most recent addition to our staff. He brings an extensive knowledge of Cisco routers to our clients. His likeable character and sense of humor make him a valuable client support person. He is pursuing his knowledge base in Microsoft exchange.
