Township of Millburn
ATON has acted as the MIS department for the Township of Millburn for over 10 years. During that time we have installed both Novell and NT servers. We have just recently installed the new JAVA version of Edmunds Accounting Software and still support United Software for Taxes. Currently, we have designed and installed a WAN connecting Town Hall to Police, Fire, DPW, and the pool. A sophisticated recreation program is in place, and Exchange Server 2000 with Outlook are being deployed.
Long Valley Police Department
The Long Valley Police Department has retained ATON to establish their connection to the internet and upgrade their servers and workstations.

Township of Livingston
ATON has worked with the Township of Livingston for over two years. Starting with a Year 2000 assessment in mid-1999, ATON has assisted Livingston in Y2K compliance and has since supported their various networks and end-users. We are currently combining servers and preparing for installation of a WAN. Livingston uses both Edmunds and United software running concurrently on one server.

Millburn Police Department
ATON has developed a custom Police Time & Attendance system. The system will make up-to-the-minute staffing information available to Police and Township management.

Highland Park Boro
ATON performed a Wide Area Network needs assessment and implementation plan for the Boro.

Linden-Roselle
Sewerage Authority

ATON has worked as the network support group for the Linden- Roselle Sewerage Authority for more than three years. During that time we have provided on-site support for the Authority’s Windows NT network.

Borough of Glen Rock
ATON has recently been hired to serve as the outside source of Information Technology consulting for the Borough of Glen Rock. In addition to on-going system support, ATON is responsible for the planning/implementation of the new local area network to be installed in Borough Hall.

The Borough is planning to renovate their existing Administration Building. ATON Computing is responsible for the continuing functionality of the Borough's computer systems. This includes planning the move from Borough Hall to a temporary location, working with the architects on specifications for the new IT infrastructure and moving the systems back into Borough Hall when the construction is complete.

Township of Long Hill
While serving the Police Department for many years, we were called in to complete various open projects on an immediate basis. ATON integrated the new SBS 2003 server into the existing network. Implemented the Exchange Server. We have moved and upgraded Edmunds Accounting Software. We rebuilt many machines and made them consistent while also installing virus protection.




County of Passaic
During the past three years ATON has functioned as the MIS department for the County. The County presently has 20 servers and 450 workstations. Edmunds JAVA software is in use via a WAN, which includes various communications platforms from dial up to T3. County-wide access to the Internet is provided via a dedicated T1 line and Pix firewall and is fully monitored. The County’s web server is maintained in the main computer center. Vertical market software has been installed in various departments and custom applications have also been written and implemented. ATON is currently deploying a GIS system across the County and designing a custom billing program to work with this system. The County recently leased a warehouse for bulk purchasing and document storage; ATON is providing the systems for inventory control.

City of Summit
ATON provides a full range of computer consulting services to the City of Summit. TON technicians provide the day-to-day system support a sophisticated, multi-server, wide area network requires. We are working with the City to upgrade their network infrastructure and to more completely integrate the Novell Netware server into the Microsoft Windows environment. We are assisting the City with its implementation of a Microsoft SQL database server for use with GovXcel and human resources vertical applications.

Outside City Hall, we are working with the Fire Department, Recreation and other remote locations to upgrade their access to the City's network. We are working within the confines of NCIC regulations to maintain and upgrade the technology in use at the Police Department.
